Eftichia Kasselaki is part of EY’s leadership team as an Executive Management Advisor since January 2018. Her main focus areas are Retail Business, Customer & Innovation across sectors, People Advisory Services & mid-market advisory services.

Before joining E&Y Eftichia Kasselaki was Executive General Manager at Piraeus Bank, supervising Retail Banking, Branch Network, Deposits and Digital Banking.She was member of the Group Executive Committee and other key strategic committees of the Group, as well as Chairman of the BoD at Piraeus Insurance Agency, at Piraeus Direct Solutions, and Vice-Chairman of the “Centre of Sustainable Development Excelixi SA”.

She joined Piraeus Bank Group in 1998 and held several management positions until 2013 when she led as a General Manager both Group Human Resources & Organizational Learning, and the Branch Network in Greece.E. Kasselaki began her career as an Organizational Psychologist and Management consultant, providing services in various industries in Greece & Cyprus. E. Kasselaki holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Analysis & Behaviour from Lancaster Business School, and a B.A. in Philosophy & Psychology at National Kapodestrian University in Athens.

She is married with two sons.
